Some things you need to know:

Most items have multiple color options, choose your favorite.

*NOTE - If an item color is not available and goes on backorder, and we do not receive a response regarding replacing the item with another color, we will ship what is available as these orders are placed in bulk and need to be processed in a timely manner. Please check the email the order was placed under as this is where we will communicate with you for any issues with your order.

At the checkout, you will need to select which Main Line Health entity logo you would like on your item. Currently the store offers the Main Line Health logo or a Main Line Health logo with a facility designation.

*Please be sure to select the correct logo choice. If you are unsure of what the logo looks like, there is an image of the logos along with the color choices for each item.

Name location: Right Chest

Department location: Right Sleeve

No cancellations, returns or exchanges. Since these are special orders, please refer to the sizing chart when selecting your size.

Orders are placed every Monday. Items are shipped to your home or office within 20 working days-pending availability.
